TERMS AND CONDITIONS
ORDERS
Orders are booked in good faith and subject to crop growing conditions. A minimum order of $1,000 is required. All orders will be acknowledged based upon estimates in the field. We trust that when you place an order, you will honor it. Pohlschneider Nursery offers no warranty, expressed or implied, as to the productivity or survivability of any plant offered for sale. We reserve the right to substitute one grade size up or down if necessary to fill an order without prior customer notification. Orders are accepted subject to growing conditions and shall be void if plant material is injured by fire, freeze, frost, or if unavailable due to counting errors or any cause beyond our control.
PAYMENT TERMS
All sales are cash in advance unless approved credit terms have been established. For customers with established credit, payment terms are net 30 days or net 10 with a 2% discount. A finance charge of 1.5% per month (18% annually) will be assessed on past due accounts.
PRICES
Prices are F.O.B. St. Paul, OR, and are subject to change without notice.
CLAIMS
Claims of any kind must be made in writing, accompanied by pictures, within 10 days of
receipt of the plants. Pohlschneider Nursery will not assume liability for any amount in
excess of the purchase price or for any liability to fill orders due to conditions beyond our
control. Claims from damages during shipping should be made directly to the carrier.
